Online, Zoom Art Therapy and Counselling

There can be many reasons why a person may prefer an online/Zoom session. A Zoom session might be the preferred choice for someone who experiences mobility issues, social anxiety, chronic pain and health concerns. This is something we can discuss to work out the best solution for you. At Scribbly Bark Art Therapy and Counselling we strive to be inclusive and respect diversity, working together to find the best setting for you is important.

Preparing for a Zoom session.

For a Zoom session you will need a computer/device with video/audio capabilities, access to the internet, and a private space where you feel comfortable to talk and express yourself freely.
For art therapy you will need space for art making, if space is limited we can discuss art material options that accommodate a smaller space.
When we decide on a session date and time, I will send you a Zoom invitation for our appointment time.

Zoom Art Therapy.

Prior to the first session we will talk on the phone, explore your goals for art therapy, and discuss how the online session will work. You may prefer to use your own art materials, or we will make a plan for me to send an art pack to you (Australia only). We will need to leave enough time for the art materials to be delivered for the session appointment.

Zoom counselling & psychotherapy.

Many people are currently experiencing anxiety, isolation, fear and depression. Reaching out for counselling, so that you can speak freely in a supportive, judgement free space, can enhance wellbeing and mental health. When everyone around you is feeling stressed, time spent with a therapist is a space that is
JUST FOR YOU.
